What exactly counts as a “fix”?

A fix can be a focused new feature, workflow, or redesign, as long as it fits within 5 new screens (or 8 tweaks). If your list starts looking like a full module, new app section, or more than ~15 screens, we’ll recommend a Complete Product Upgrade. This keeps sprints effective, deadlines tight, and quality high.

Can I add more fixes mid-sprint?

Yes—if you spot a new pain point or opportunity, you can add extra fixes at any point. Each additional fix adds a week to the timeline and AU $4K to your investment. This way, you control both your speed and your budget.
Can I just add lots of fixes and turn this into a giant redesign?

Flexi-Bundle sprints are for rapid, focused improvements. If your needs add up to a full redesign, entire new module, or a large feature (usually >15–20 new screens), we’ll pause and recommend a Complete Product Upgrade to keep things efficient and predictable.
What if I need something that isn’t just a UI fix (e.g., backend work, payments, major new flows)?

Flexi-Bundle sprints are UI/UX-focused. Backend features, payment gateways, or major architecture changes are quoted separately—usually as part of a Complete Product Upgrade.
How does client feedback work?

You’ll have a dedicated Slack channel for fast communication and micro-feedback as we design. Major revisions are limited to one consolidated feedback round per fix after you review the prototype. Additional rounds or new requests are quoted as new fixes or a new sprint.
How is pricing set?

Pricing is value-based: our fees reflect the impact and business outcomes, not hours worked. The base sprint (3 fixes) starts at AU $10k. Each extra fix is AU $4k. All pricing is finalised after our discovery call, based on scope and projected ROI.
What if my team needs more time to review or is slow to reply?

We allow a 24-hour window for prototype feedback. Delays in client response will push the sprint schedule forward, so everyone stays realistic about timelines.
Can you run multiple sprints back-to-back?
