MoreGoodDays is a digital health platform designed to help people manage chronic pain through evidence-based education, coaching, and community support. While their MVP demonstrated strong potential, they needed to refine their user experience, engagement strategy, and monetization model to prepare for scale. That’s where Supergood Apps stepped in.


The challenge

MoreGoodDays faced key hurdles that many early-stage health tech startups encounter:

  • A complex content library that needed better organisation and personalisation

We added key habit-building features like:

  • Session reminders to encourage consistent use
  • Push notifications to drive engagement
  • A ‘Buddy’ feature to introduce social accountability

We designed a comprehensive reward system that reinforced key user behaviours, featuring:

  • Streaks for completing sessions, chapters, and weekly goals
  • Completion incentives to drive long-term retention

Instead of a static dashboard, we transformed the home screen into a personalised mission control, surfacing:

  • Tailored content recommendations based on user behaviour
  • Webinar promotions to deepen engagement
  • A dedicated progress screen with a clear timeline and milestone tracking

Structuring content for clarity & discoverability

We optimised the information architecture of the Content library:

  • Conducted card sorting exercises with key stakeholders to refine the information architecture
  • Organised content under intuitive headings and categories
  • Clearly highlighted Favourites and History for easy access
  • Introduced a search function for better discoverability

We also redesigned session pages to be media-specific, ensuring an optimized experience for videos, audio, quizzes, and articles while maintaining consistency across formats.

Closing the feedback loop for continuous improvement

We added post-session feedback screens to capture user sentiment after each audio, video, or article session.
